Each gives a 10% boost to the first stat and a -10% to the second. There are 5 natures that don't effect stats, which are Bashful, Quirky, Serious, Docile, Hardy. Keep natures in mind and if you can't find something you like, spend about an hour breeding. Keeping a Pokemon with Flame Body or Magma Armor halves the steps needed for breeding, as well as certain attacks having the ability to be passed down if the male has them and nature having a 50% pass down chance if the user is female, has the nature, and is holding an Everstone.

im not sure if this is good enough but there is a glitch that allows you to see the natures inside the egg without hatching it but the leftover eggs ,well eventually u will have to hatch them but the glitch is good if you feel lazy to hatch them lol!
