The online league is where we held special site events and tournaments.

For Special Events : Only the adminstrator can say if it's a special event or not. Prominently the Admin is the only one who can make, announce special events.

Tournaments : Specifically anyone could start a tournament. But please if there's already a tournament going on try to particape in it rather then making your own cause we wouldn't wanna have an overflow of tpics
